We offer a 24-hour return policy after delivery. In the event that 24 hours have passed since your product was delivered, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
A receipt will be required to complete your return.
Manufacturer returns are not accepted.

All items returned more than 24 hours after delivery are considered damaged.

Check your bank account to see if you have received a refund yet.
You will need to contact your credit card company – it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
Your bank should also be contacted. Refunds may take some time to appear in your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours.

In order to return your item, you will need to pay for your own shipping costs. The cost of shipping is not refundable. Upon receiving a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on where you live.
Use trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance when shipping an item. We do not guarantee its arrival.
